Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle REST Data Services. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle REST Data Services accessible data.
