NocoDB Vulnerable to Stored Cross-site Scripting via Comments

### Summary Comments rendered via `v-html` without sanitization, enabling stored XSS. ### Details Comments in `Comments.vue` were parsed by markdown-it with `html: true` and injected via `v-html` without DOMPurify.
